This policy explains what information Sales Mastery Syndicate ("we", "us") collects through salesmasterysyndicate.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
Sales Mastery Syndicate is a sales training business based in Wisconsin, United States.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Email: your name, your email address and what you write to us.
- Booking a call: the details you enter in the booking calendar, such as name, email, phone number, the time you pick and any answers you add.
- Consent records: when you agree to receive calls and texts, we keep a record of what you agreed to and when.
- Messages: emails, texts and call notes when you contact us or reply to us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, the page that sent you to us, and dates and times of visits.
- Security data: signals used to tell people from bots and to block attacks.
Information from others
Our booking provider sends us the details of calls you book. Clients may give us your name when they refer you.
3. How we use information
- To answer your questions and hold the calls you book.
- To tell you about our training program and events.
- To call or text you when you have agreed to that.
- To provide the program to clients.
- To keep the Site secure, prevent spam and fraud, and fix problems.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
- To meet legal duties and to protect our rights.
4. Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree, we may call or text you about your inquiry, your booking and our program. Some calls and texts may be sent with an automated system.
- Consent to marketing calls or texts is not a condition of buying anything.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help, or email bobbyg@nextlevelsalesmastery.com.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We share them only with the service providers that send messages for us.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:
- Service providers that work for us under contract:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and site analytics.
- Calendly: the booking calendar.
- Legal reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our clients or others.
- Business transfer: if the business is sold or merged, information may move to the new owner under this policy.
- With your direction: when you ask us to share it.
6. Cookies and similar technology
- Necessary: Cloudflare may set cookies that keep the Site secure and tell people from bots.
- Booking calendar: the calendar on our Site is provided by Calendly and runs inside a frame. Calendly may set its own cookies when you use it. See the Calendly privacy notice at calendly.com/privacy.
- Analytics: we use Cloudflare analytics to count visits and measure page performance.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site still works without them, but the booking calendar may not.
7. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as we need it to respond to you and run our business. We keep consent records for as long as we need them to show that we had your permission. We then delete the information or remove the parts that identify you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, such as encrypted connections and limited access. No website or storage system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
- Texts: reply STOP.
- Calls: tell us on the call or email us, and we will place you on our do not call list.
- Access, correction and deletion: you may ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
Some U.S. states give residents added rights, such as the right to know what we collect, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale of personal information or its use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising. To use any right, email bobbyg@nextlevelsalesmastery.com. We will confirm your identity and answer within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for using your rights. If we deny a request, you may reply to appeal.
10. Children
The Site is for adults who work in sales. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child gave us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Visitors outside the United States
We operate in the United States. If you use the Site from another country, your information is processed in the United States.
12. Links to other sites
The Site may link to sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies before you give them information.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we will give a clear notice on the Site.
